Netcore Cloud becomes Netcore AI, shifting its martech strategy from campaign automation to autonomous, outcome-driven marketing.

Netcore Cloud has rebranded as Netcore AI, signalling a strategic shift from traditional marketing automation towards agentic AI systems that can plan, execute and optimise customer engagement around measurable business outcomes.

The new identity reflects the company’s ambition to move marketers beyond fixed campaigns, predefined customer journeys and dashboard-heavy workflows. Instead, Netcore AI is positioning autonomous marketing agents as tools that can interpret customer signals, select the right message and channel, and adjust execution in real time.

The shift comes as brands demand clearer returns from expanding marketing technology investments. Netcore says its platform will focus less on engagement metrics such as opens and clicks and more on revenue, retention, conversions and customer lifetime value.

“2025 was about proving that AI works. 2026 will be about proving that it delivers,” said Rajesh Jain, Founder and Managing Director of Netcore. He added that agentic systems represent “a new operating model for marketing”, rather than another technology upgrade.

Netcore’s product suite includes specialised agents for audience creation, content development, customer insights and real-time decision-making. These agents are designed to reduce manual campaign management while allowing marketing teams to establish objectives, constraints and brand guidelines.

The company currently works with more than 6,500 brands across over 40 countries, including enterprises in retail, ecommerce, banking, media and travel. Its State of MarTech research, based on more than 1,000 high-performing campaigns, found that early adopters of agentic AI achieved up to twice the conversions and a 23% improvement in campaign performance.

The rebrand also supports Netcore AI’s move towards outcome-based pricing, where part of the platform’s commercial value is tied to agreed performance indicators. For marketers, the larger implication is a transition from buying software capabilities to evaluating whether technology can deliver accountable growth.
