The Board of Directors of The Coca-Cola Company has approved the company’s 62nd consecutive annual dividend increase. The quarterly dividend will rise by approximately 5.4%, from 46 cents to 48.5 cents per common share.

This adjustment brings the annual dividend to $1.94 per share, marking an increase from $1.84 per share in 2023. Shareowners as of March 15 will be eligible for the first quarter dividend, payable on April 1.

In 2023 alone, Coca-Cola returned $8 billion in dividends to its shareowners, contributing to a total of $84.7 billion in dividends paid since January 1, 2010.
