Pacific Life has announced the appointment of Laura Cushing as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Reporting to President and CEO Darryl Button, Cushing will join the company’s management committee, overseeing all aspects of Pacific Life’s global Human Resources organization and strategy, including talent management, leadership development, and compensation and benefits.

Bringing a wealth of experience from Silicon Valley Bank, Loews Corporation, and over two decades at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Cushing has held senior leadership roles, including heading talent management and organizational development. Her strategic approach has been instrumental in driving engagement, innovation, and overall success across organizations.
