The producers of the cartoon satirical series South Park have raised $20 million for their Deepfake and AI business, ‘Deep Voodoo’.

This is the group’s first outside investment; up until now, it has been receiving funds from Trey Parker and Matt Stone’s Park County, an entertainment business.

The funding for the business was headed by Connect Ventures, a partnership between the talent and media agency CAA and the venture capital firm New Enterprise Associates (NEA).
