Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has entered a strategic agreement with the Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD) to spearhead its technology transformation initiative, aiming to elevate its banking services for both personal and business clients in the Middle East.

Under the agreement, Accenture will establish a development center of excellence (COE) to optimize CBD’s IT infrastructure, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like hyper automation and generative AI solutions. This initiative seeks to boost CBD’s operational efficiency and productivity across software development, ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience.

Ali Imran, COO of CBD, expressed the bank’s commitment to leveraging innovation to enhance digital platforms and provide tailored services. The collaboration with Accenture is expected to accelerate CBD’s digital transformation journey. Accenture will provide CBD with resources, best practices, and a commitment to value realization, drawing on its extensive global expertise in similar programs.
