Pradeep Yadlapati, Senior Vice President, India Head & APAC Special Business Unit Head at Innova Solutions, highlighted the company’s diverse operations in sectors such as health, BFSI, communications, and media. He emphasized the growing significance of India as a technology and talent hub, drawing the attention of large corporations not just for cost capital but also for skills and technology. Yadlapati underscored India’s pivotal role in technology and talent within the region, predicting the momentum to extend into 2024. Discussing the company’s activities, Yadlapati mentioned the consolidation of all brands during the current year. Innova Solutions manages its IT infrastructure applications in laboratories, overseen by vertical heads in India. Headquartered in Georgia, US, the company has a global workforce of approximately 55,000 employees, with 10,000 based in India. Established in 1998 by CEO Raj Sardana, Innova Solutions entered the payroll systems domain in 2010 and expanded into technology solutions by 2016. Since 2017, the company has strategically acquired entities specializing in cloud, digital engineering, automation data, and more, amassing over a thousand global customers. Earlier this year, Innova Solutions appointed Pradeep Yadlapati, formerly with Infosys, to lead its India operations and the APAC business unit. Beyond the US and India, Innova Solutions is active in Mexico, Taiwan, Singapore, and Australia, maintaining offices across 100 locations. The company underscores its commitment to research and skill development, allocating 3-4 percent of its investments to generative technologies.
