36 Qurate Retail has declared a semi-annual interest payment and Regular Additional Distribution to holders of the 3.75% Senior Exchangeable Debentures due 2030. Issued by its subsidiary, Liberty Interactive , the interest payment amounts to $18.75 per $1,000 original principal amount of Debentures, while the Regular Additional Distribution stands at $0.1572 per $1,000 original principal amount of Debentures. According to the terms outlined in the Debentures’ Indenture, the original principal amount adjusts with each Extraordinary Additional Distribution made to Debenture holders. Subsequently, the adjusted principal amount decreases on each successive semi-annual interest payment date to ensure a 3.75% annualized yield. This adjustment, prompted by specific Extraordinary Additional Distributions impacting the principal amount, takes effect on the second succeeding interest payment date following the distribution. To date, one Extraordinary Additional Distribution has occurred, with LI LLC granting $46.1258 per $1,000 original principal amount of the Debentures on August 7, 2013. This distribution stemmed from the merger transaction between Sprint Nextel Corporation and SoftBank Corp.
