Apple Inc encountered problems with its music service and received complaints from users about several other services, such as the support service and Apple store, which were inaccessible to thousands of users. At the peak of the outage, over 3,300 users reported difficulties with streaming Apple Music, and nearly 2,200 users reported issues with the App Store in the United States. Apple’s status page confirmed that Apple Music, Apple Music Radio, and iTunes Match were affected by an ongoing outage, while users were also experiencing problems with Apple News, as indicated on the status page.
