Starbucks Coffee Company has announced significant leadership changes effective to accelerate its reinvention and enhance global brand strategy.

Michael Conway will serve as CEO, North America, while Sara Trilling retains her role as EVP and President, North America. Brady Brewer has been appointed CEO, Starbucks International. Belinda Wong and Molly Liu will continue to lead Starbucks China.

Additionally, Lyne Castonguay has been named EVP, Chief Merchant and Product Officer, with a Global Brand Creative Leader to be appointed soon.

CEO Laxman Narasimhan expressed confidence in Starbucks’ future growth and success, emphasizing the brand’s legacy of fostering human connection.
