His career journey has traversed the banking sector and policy development.

Malu expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “Joining the Mojaloop Foundation is an incredible opportunity to make a real impact on financial inclusion. The potential of the Mojaloop open-source software to revolutionize digital payments is immense, and I am eager to collaborate with the team and stakeholders to advance this powerful mission. Together, we will pave the way for a more financially inclusive future.”

Olivier Manzi, with over 19 years of experience in computer engineering for financial systems and leadership roles, is dedicated to joining the Mojaloop Foundation’s mission to foster a more inclusive global economy through digital financial services. Having been a member of the Mojaloop Community for several years, Manzi has a proven track record in managing projects, including Mojaloop’s proof of concept (POC) initiatives, which aim to align all national payment system stakeholders with a Mojaloop-based instant payment strategy.

Manzi said, “I am honoured to be part of the Mojaloop Foundation’s mission to create a more inclusive global economy through digital financial services. By leveraging technology for positive change, we have the opportunity to empower underserved communities and drive financial inclusion worldwide.
